. Mrs. Meyerovitz, a former resident of the Park Lane Hotel, 2850 N. Sh
eridan Rd., was the widow of Dr. Max Meyerovitz, a physician and surgeo
n, who died in 1969. She is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Shirley Z
atz, Mrs. Marian Bloom, and Mrs. Edith Berg; five grandchildren; four g
reat-grandchildren; one brother; and one sister. Services will be priva
te.
