.m. Tuesday in the chapel at 6130 N. California Av. Mr. Apple, who had a r
adio program, "The Singing Milkman," in 1935, died Thursday in Weiss Me
morial Hospital. After his retirement, he sang for various Jewish homes a
nd senior citizen groups. Survivors include his three daughters, Mrs. J
une Foss, Mrs. LaVerel, and Mrs. Aileen Kramer; a son, Marshall; 10 gra
ndchildren; one great grandchild; four sisters; and a brother.
